  • Payments for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures must be completed as per hospital billing guidelines prior to or at the time of service.
  • Emergency services are subject to availability of resources, specialist personnel, and infrastructure at the time of request.

No Refund Policy
Important Notice

All payments made towards consultations, diagnostic tests, procedures, or any medical services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a service is booked or utilized, the amount paid cannot be refunded or transferred.

This policy applies strictly and without exception to the following situations:

  • Missed or cancelled appointments, regardless of the reason or notice period provided.
  • Change of treatment decisions made by the patient or their authorized representative after booking.
  • Patient non-compliance with prescribed protocols, follow-up schedules, or pre-procedure instructions.

Patient Responsibility

Patients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current medical history, including all existing conditions, ongoing medications, allergies, and prior procedures, at the time of consultation and throughout their treatment.

Cardia 360 Hospital shall not be liable for any complications, adverse outcomes, or deterioration in patient health arising due to incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld medical information provided by the patient or their representative.

Patients are also responsible for strictly following all prescribed treatments, medication schedules, dietary guidelines, and follow-up appointment requirements as directed by the treating physician.
